Social Policy

The management of the Bourevestnik, JSC, acting jointly with it's trade union organization, allocating significantly funding the implementation of social programs, is guided by the following principles:

Ensuring social justice for the employees of the enterprise within the framework of the employer's social responsibility;

Social partnership between the employee and the employer;
-
Ensuring social guarantees and unconditional compliance with the labor legislation of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, the tasks are solved:

Maintaining a healthy socio-psychological climate in the team;

Optimization of social benefits and compensations by combining their motivational and social components;
-
Attracting and retaining employees with high labor productivity.
Creation and maintenance of a professional team of highly qualified workers, specialists and managers who are not only loyal to the company, but also interact with each other effectively, actively participate in achieving the strategic goals and objectives of the company, have a high capacity for work and are motivated to work as productively as possible.
Collective Agreement
The main document regulating social and labor relations at the Bourevestnik, JSC between the Company and employees is the Collective Agreement concluded up to 2028.
The Collective Agreement is concluded by authorized representatives of the parties on a voluntary and equal basis in order to:

Creating a system of social and labor relations in the Company, maximally contributing to stable and productive work, successful long-term development, growth of public prestige and business reputation;

Establishment of social and labor rights and guarantees that improve the position of the Company's employees as compared to the current legislation of the Russian Federation;

Improving the living standards of the Company's employees;
-
Creation of a favorable psychological climate in the Company's team;
-
Practical implementation of the principles of social partnership and mutual responsibility of the parties.
Medical service
In order to control the health of employees and prevent diseases, the Company has organized a health center where employees can receive qualified medical assistance. As part of ensuring socially comfortable conditions at the enterprise, annual medical examinations of personnel are conducted. Preventive measures are regularly carried out: vaccination against infectious diseases, medical examination and fluorographic examination.
Meals
The Bourevestnik, JSC has a corporate canteen. The canteen is equipped with modern equipment. In the dining hall you will be welcomed by rationally organized space and cozy interior, high level of service and friendly staff. In the canteen each employee can have a full lunch with a choice of dishes. Comprehensive lunches are provided for all employees - the benefit is stipulated in the Collective Agreement of the enterprise. About 90% of personnel use the services of the corporate canteen. Corporate catering helps to increase labor productivity, improve morale and maintain employee health.
Labor Safety
One of the most important social issues is labor safety of employees. The administration does everything possible to make the work at the enterprise not only interesting and highly paid, but also completely safe. There has not been a single accident at the production of the Bourevestnik, JSC for more than 10 years. In 2007 the enterprise received the OHSAS 18001 certificate designed to regulate various aspects of management in the field of occupational health and safety. This allowed to minimize to an even greater extent the risks of accidents and emergencies, costs of interruptions and production downtime.
Motivation & Encouragement
In addition to employees’ motivation for efficient, highly productive labor, the company has a “Regulation on Encouragement of Employees of the Bourevestnik, JSC for Anniversary Dates”, which provides for awarding valuable gifts to workers. Valuable gifts are awarded to the employees depending on the jubilee length of service at the enterprise. Within the framework of the Company's local regulations, monetary bonuses are paid, gratitude is declared to employees who have high achievements in labor and have made a significant contribution to the Company's production plans, encouragement is timed to coincide with different holidays. For merits of production, economic and social activity of the Bourevestnik, JSC 20 employees are placed on the Honor Board of the Company during the year. The title “Best Employee of the Year” is awarded to 20 employees annually with awarding of distinctive badges, letters of thanks and monetary remuneration.
Corporate events
Bus excursions, free of charge for all participants, are organized for employees in cooperation with the Machine-Builders' Trade Union. Employees of the Bourevestnik, JSC and their relatives have an opportunity to visit the most beautiful places of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. It has become a good tradition to organize festive and entertaining events at the enterprise. Every year corporate events dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day, the International Women's Day, the Machine Builder's Day, the Enterprise Foundation Day, and, of course, the New Year's Day are held. Employees with children under the age of 14 are given special New Year gifts for kids.
