This policy in the field of processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter - the “Policy”) Joint Stock Company “Innovation Center ‘Bourevestnik’ (short name: the Bourevestnik, JSC), registered at the address: 197350, St. Petersburg, 3rd Letchika Parshina St., bld.1, (hereinafter - the ‘Company’, ‘Site Administration’, ‘we’), is developed in order to ensure the implementation of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of processing personal data of personal data subjects on the resource located at: www.bourevestnik.ru (hereinafter - “Site”).

The Company's Policy is developed in accordance with the following regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation:

  • Constitution of the Russian Federation;

  • Labor Code of the Russian Federation;

  • Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

This Privacy Policy contains information about what information the Company receives, the reasons why the Company needs this information, and how the Company may use and share this information. 1.2.1 “Operator” - a legal or natural person organizing and carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes and content of personal data processing. the Bourevestnik,JSC - Operator, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.2.2 “Automated processing of personal data” means processing of personal data by means of computer equipment.

1.2.3 “Personal Data Subject” - a natural person to whom the relevant personal data relate.

1.2.4 “Website User (hereinafter - ‘User’, ‘you’)” - a person who has access to the site, via the Internet and uses the site for his/her own purposes.

1.2.5. “Cookies” - a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the respective website.

5. ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

9.1.3. Destruction of Personal Data;

9.1.4. Termination of processing of Personal Data;

9.1.5. Receipt of Personal Data and unhindered transfer of such Personal Data to another personal data controller.

9.2 The website administration has the right:

9.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

9.2.2 Not to disclose the User's personal data, except for clauses. 8.2. and 8.3. of this Privacy Policy.

9.2.3.
