Thousands of crystal diffracting and dispersing components (CDDC) made by the Bourevestnik, JSC are installed into all serial Russian national X-ray instruments, provide fundamental and applied developments done at R&D centers, are continuously supplied to industrially developed countries.

A wide range of CDDCs application promotes a variety of materials, sizes and forms of components with limited scopes to supply. Our technologies are focused on small-batch and single-piece production with a thorough step-by-step control.

Crystal diffracting and dispersing components (CDDC) 

Crystal diffracting and dispersing components (CDDC) are designed for an X-ray dispersion in equipment for a spectral (analyzing crystals) and a structural analysis (monochromator crystal). 

Bourevestnik, JSC manufactures CDDCs optimized with respect to diffraction parameters for serial instruments produced by domestic and world’s leading manufacturers and for the needs of research centers.

Different orientation of reflecting plane:

Single-crystal sample holders 

Single-crystal sample holders are designed for a diffraction analysis of weak reflections and microquantity of samples on diffractometers of various brands including DRON. Due to an single-crystal interference holders eliminate coherent scattering which is the main part of the registered background while using other holders.

Check and adjustment of CDDCs with control radiation in the range of 0.5-2.5 A after own rocking curve (angular distribution of radiant reflectance).
