Commissioning of the multifunctional diffractometer Dron-8 was completed

As part of the technical re-equipment program\ a multifunctional diffractometer DRON-8N was delivered to the Research and Development Geological Exploration Enterprise (RDGE) of ALROSA.
The main target task of the device manufactured by Bourevestnik, JSC is to identify various crystalline materials and analyze their structural state to solve research and technological material science tasks in any areas of science, technology, industry and expertise.
At the end of December 2021 the specialists of Bourevestnik, JSC carried out commissioning works. NIGP plans to use the diffractometer to study the mineral composition of rocks and crystal lattice structure of minerals at the facilities of Vilyuyskaya GRE and NIGP.
