A new version of the Colibri benchtop diffractometer was presented to industry experts

On November 26 at the VIII Russian Conference of X-ray equipment manufacturers made a presentation on the new development of Bourevestnik, JSC, desktop diffractometer «Сolibri».

More than 40 specialists from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk and other cities took part in the conference organized by St. Petersburg State Technical University «LETI».

It should be noted that at the moment there are few devices on the Russian market that have completely similar characteristics to the new diffractometer «Сolibri».

The precision desktop diffractometer will have a number of distinctive design and functional features:

• with a vertical goniometer design;
• with a high-performance integrated cooling system;
• integrated control PC with data acquisition and processing program.

The benchtop diffractometer can be optionally equipped with: linear strip position-sensitive detector, graphite monochromator on the diffracted beam, sample changer, high-temperature chamber, biaxial attachment with independent sample rotation and tilting for analyzing residual stresses and orientation of single crystals.
