The largest diamond in recent years was found at the Udachnaya kimberlite pipe

In October 2019, a diamond with dimensions of 40x39x23 mm and a mass of 232.4 carats was extracted at Processing Plant No. 12 of ALROSA's Udachny Mining and Processing Division (PJSC).
The diamond was extracted using X-ray fluorescent separators manufactured by Bourevestnik, JSC for primary enrichment LS-20-05-2N and LS-50-05 for final concentrate finishing.
In total, more than 90 of our separators have been successfully operated at PF No. 12 since the beginning of 2000.
