  In 2013, received an MBA qualification at the St. Petersburg State University Higher School of Economics (Economics).

  In 2014, confirmed his MBA qualification at the State University of Management (Economics).

  Since 2000, has worked at Severstal from a laborer to the position of workshop manager.

  In 2009, was appointed a Head of Steelmaking at Cherepovets Steel Mill.

  Since 2011 - General Director of OMZ-Spetsstal LLC and OMZ Foundry LLC (United Machine Building Plants Group).

  Since 2017 - Deputy General Director of the Kurchatov Institute Research Center - Prometey CRISM.

  Since February 15, 2020 - General Director of the Bourevestnik Innovation Center, JSC.

  Production Director

  In 2005 received a higher education in Vologda State Technical University, specializing in electric drive and automation of industrial plants and technological complexes.

  In 2013 graduated from St. Petersburg State Economic University Higher School of Economics under the program “Mini MBA - Business Management”.

  In 2014 - Moscow State University of Management under the program “Enterprise Management”.

  Started his professional career in 2000 at Severstal, where he worked his way up from electrician to a Deputy Head of Production Development.

  From 2011 to 2017, was Director for Cost Optimization and Director of Production at OMZ-Spetsstal LLC.

  Since 2017, has been Deputy Head of the Research and Production Experimental Complex for Production at the Kurchatov Institute Research Center - CRISM Prometey.

  Since 2019 - Development Director of Northern Steel Technologies LLC.

  Since March 1, 2023 - Director of Production at the Bourevestnik Innovation Center, JSC.

  Marketing and Sales Director

  In 2003 graduated from the Institute of Management and Economics of St. Petersburg with a degree in Law.

  From June 2003 to December 2012 worked in the Marketing and Sales Department of Morion OJSC.

  Since December 2012 - Head of the Marketing, Advertising and Sales Department of the Bourevestnik Innovation Center, JSC.

  Alexander L. Shishov

  Finance and Economics Director

  In 2005 graduated with honors from the Arkhangelsk State Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineer of Machines and Equipment of Forestry Complex.

  In 2008 graduated from the All-Russian Correspondence Institute of Finance and Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit (diploma with honors).

  In 2006, joined Severalmaz JSC as Lead Engineer of the Lomonosov Mining and Processing Division.

  From 2011 to 2020 was a Deputy Head of the Planning and Economic Department, in 2020 he was appointed Head of the Planning and Economic Department of Severalmaz JSC.

  Since May 15, 2024 - Director for Finance and Economics of the Bourevestnik Innovation Center, JSC.

  Olesya V. Shashkova

  HR Director

  In 2010 graduated from the Pskov State Pedagogical University named after S.M. Kirov with a degree in Russian language and literature.

  In 2009, she received a professional retraining diploma in the program “Practical Journalism”.

  Since June 2016 she has been working at the Bourevestnik, JSC. She started her career at the company as an engineer of the 2nd category of the personnel and training department.

  Since December 2018 - Head of the Personnel and Training Department of the Bourevestnik Innovation Center, JSC.

  Since August 2020 - HR Director of the Bourevestnik Innovation Center, JSC.

  Dmitry V. Yurchenko

  Chief Engineer

  In 2001, he graduated from Vologda State Technical University with a degree in Automobiles and Automobile Maintenance.

  In 2017, he received the qualification “Master of Business Administration - MBA” at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. 

  He started his career in 2001 at PJSC Severstal, where he worked for more than 20 years, holding the positions of Senior Equipment Maintenance and Repair Manager, Shop Manager, Project Manager.

  Since March 1, 2023, he has been Chief Engineer of the Bourevestnik Innovation Center, JSC.

  Director for Economic Security and Regime

  In 1994 graduated from St. Petersburg State Technological Institute with a degree in Automated Production of Chemical Enterprises.

  From July 1994 to November 1999 he served in the Main Department of Internal Affairs of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

  Since November 1999 - Deputy General Director for Legal Support of Business, Internal Audit and Interaction with Authorities, OJSC Ust-Izhora Plywood Mill.

  Since February 2013 - Head of the Business Support Service of LLC SVEZA-Les.

  Since March 2019 - Director for Economic Security and Regime, the Bourevestnik Innovation Center, JSC.
